Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's completely up to you. Many customers give us access and come home to a finished space. Whatever you're most comfortable with works for us.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive with everything needed for the job. If you prefer we use specific products in your home, just let us know ahead of time.
What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains a home that's already in good shape. Deep cleaning is a full reset — baseboards, buildup, inside appliances, and the areas that get missed between visits.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend a few days' notice so we can give you your preferred date and time, but reach out anytime — we'll do our best to accommodate short notice.
